  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (Free for orders over $8.99, $4.95 for orders under $8.99): Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and potential delays beyond our control.

3. Import Duties & Taxes

  • We collect and calculate import duties and taxes at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery process.
  • Customers will not have to pay additional fees upon delivery.
  • The final price at checkout includes all applicable import charges, so there are no unexpected costs when your order arrives.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
  • International tracking may be limited depending on the destination country.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • LISSELUMA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out to lisselumacare@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or restricted regions due to carrier limitations.
