Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact our support team at lisselumacare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Final sale or clearance items.
